Job Description:

As a Data Entry Operator cum Office Assistant in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate data records while also providing essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Your dual role requires both meticulous attention to detail for data-related tasks and a proactive approach to assist in various administrative duties. Your contribution will help uphold our organizational standards and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our team.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Accurately input and update data from various sources into our systems and databases.
  • Verify and cross-reference data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing existing data, ensuring consistency and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any data-related discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Office Assistance:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, reorder supplies, and ensure their availability.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Help organize and maintain the cleanliness of the office environment.
  • Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks and data validation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator and familiarity with office administration.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
