weighing of trucks and large vehicles, using a weighing system or data
processor to record weight differences at entry and exit based on vehicle
number, enabling accurate calculation and logging of inbound and outbound goods.

The weighbridge scale can be
designed as a pit scale, where the scale platform is flush with the ground. A
scale pit must be constructed in advance, and the structure is installed
underground to avoid surface obstructions. A manhole cover is included for
future maintenance access.

Alternatively, the weighbridge
scale can be configured as a bridge scale, featuring an arch bridge structure
with entry and exit ramps and concrete guardrails on both sides. The weighing
zone is clearly delineated for safe and efficient operation.

The hardware system can be
integrated with a license plate recognition system, entry/exit card swiping
system, and traffic light control system to support unmanned truck scale system
operations.

Paired with BDE standard truck
weighing software, network-based software, or customized solutions, the system
can record each weighing event, print slips, export reports, and synchronize
data with a central server for real-time access from remote offices.

The system is compatible with
weighing controllers such as BDI-2002 or BDI-2006, suitable for managing the
filling and weighing processes of oil tank trucks and chemical tank trucks.
