JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview: We
are seeking highly skilled Revenue Manger with expertise in Booking Channels
particularly Booking.com and Airbnb in Dubai. The successful candidate will be
responsible for adaptable to changing situations and market dynamics,
enthusiastic about implementing competitive methods in industry trends and best
practices, implementing effective strategies and driving online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze
and optimize pricing and inventory strategies on Booking.com and other channels
to maximize revenue and occupancy.
· Monitor
competitor pricing and market demand to adjust strategies accordingly.
· Implement
and maintain effective rate structures, promotions, and distribution strategies
on Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels.
· Collaborate
with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing and
promotional strategies.
· Utilize
data analytics tools to generate insights and forecasts for revenue performance.
· Ensure
OTA listings are consistently updated, optimized, and compliant with platform
requirements.
Qualifications:
· Must be knowledgeable in any CRM, Pricelabs
and Avantio
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Holiday
Homes / Vacation Rentals industry (UAE experience preferred).
· Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or
similar role with a focus on online and offline Channels, ideally with
expertise in Booking.com and Airbnb.
· Strong
analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and data
analytics tools.
· Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams. · Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in market conditions.
