Role:- CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER CUM ADMIN (12 Week unpaid Internship)

Responsibilities

• Analyze project goals and perform structural calculations.
• Design structural elements of each project using computer software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take.
• Oversee project management, like tracking budgets and maintaining a database of projects and their progress.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.
• Learn about new materials and ways to build things, as well as environmental rules.
• Make sure the work is conducted or performed as per Australia’s Building Standards and Codes.
• Need to rotate the roles between our construction, structural engineering, and admin departments.

Requirement

• Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Required proficiency with the software AutoCAD or Revit
• Should be able to work with the team effectively
• Should be able to analyze data and information related to project sites etc
• Should have a basic understanding of engineering principles and design concepts.
• Previous internships or coursework related to civil engineering is a plus but not required.
