I'm selling my 2005 Kawasaki KLX 250 as it is time for me to upgrade. I
brought this bike a few years ago as my first bike to learn to ride
offroad, and it has been a fantastic way to learn to ride in the bush.
It has electric start, and it won't throw you off up the hills, but it
will tractor up them. The engine braking is excellent and if thats not
enough the brakes pull you up very nicely on the down hills. I've just
started to tackle harder tracks and single track though, so I need a
dedicated enduro bike.
The bike is fitted with aftermarket plastics and bark busters so it
looks good and saves the knuckles, a custom exhaust, and recent work
I've had done is:
fork seals
valve clearance and timing
new cam chain tensioner
new chain
new battery
The bike also comes with:
spare aftermarket gear lever (new)
spare oil filter (new)
spare airfilter
2 different sized rear sprockets if you want to change the gear ratio
original rear light
mirror
horn
