Settee with Chaise. Condition is "Used". This settee is in perfect condition bought about 8 months ago. Too big for retirement apartment. The only fault a little soft between chaise and next seat, tend to sink down a little (see photo). Would suit playroom or tv room or apartment. Ideal for teenager games room.
