Job Description: A Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and the organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements while building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule assessments.
Maintain candidate records and manage the recruitment database.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment guidelines.
