Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Verify accuracy of billing details and approvals before payment.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.
Handle queries and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
