- Coordinate with the fabrication team for tool manufacturing and assembly
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance through quality inspection using instruments like Vernier, micrometre, height gauge, etc.
- Plan and support tool shifting, installation, and setup in production as required
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot tool-related issues
- Maintain tool documentation and revision history
- Support continuous improvement in tool design and shop floor process efficiency
