Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Post payments from insurance companies and patients into the billing software.
Reconcile daily deposits with posted payments.
Review and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for accuracy.
Identify underpayments, denials, or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting.
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any field (commerce/finance background preferred).
Experience in medical billing/payment posting is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
