Exciting Opportunity: Accounts Payable Officer
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoices, and related accounting functions. The role involves processing invoices, verifying expenses, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The candidate will also coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify expense reports, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
Maintain accounts payable records and update ledgers accurately.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: B.Com, M.com, MBA (Finance)
Salary: 16k to 30k per month
