Urgent Requirement: Production Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes, ensure efficient production flow, and maintain product quality standards. The role involves planning and supervising daily production activities, optimizing resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor daily production operations.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Analyze production processes and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment (freshers may apply).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality control techniques.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Location: Chennai
Pay upto 18k per month
