Job Description:
The Accountant plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by accurately recording all financial transactions and preparing detailed financial reports. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, performing regular bank reconciliations, and ensuring that all entries comply with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The Accountant also supports budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role requires preparing tax returns, coordinating with auditors during internal and external audits, and ensuring timely compliance with tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is essential, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills are important for collaborating with various departments and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
