Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day production operations on the shop floor
Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet targets
Monitor and control production schedules and timelines
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth workflow

Identify and resolve production-related issues in real time
Maintain reports, shift updates, and performance metrics
Candidate Profile:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage teams in a high-pressure production environment
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and machinery
Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Mechanical, Production, or related stream
Experience: 1 to 3 years
