Mapetard Plus
This is a liquid retarding agent with plasticizing effect which inhibits cementitious grout setting times, to be
used in cementitious mixes. The workability maintenance of cementitious mixes admixed with Mapetard Plus is up to 72
hours after the mix batching. Mapetard Plus conforms to ASTM C494 as Type B and to EN 934-2 as Table 8, depending on
the dosage.
WHERE TO USE
Mapetard Plus is specifically designed for use in cementitious mixes that need long workability. Such retardation to the
setting time is often required to o set long transportation times or pumping from surface, delays in injecting, etc
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Mapetard Plus is a water solution able to retard cementitious mixes maintaining mix workability. In addition, the solution
assists in reducing the bleed of the grout and decreases the grout viscosity.
PACKAGING
Mapetard Plus is available in 200 liters drums, 1000 liters IBC and in bulk on request.
STORAGE
Mapetard Plus can be stored for 2 years in closed containers, protected from frost (temperature > +5°C) and from direct
sunlight. |
