Glen Recruiters, founded in 2015, is seeking an ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team across locations in Surrey, Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of permanent recruitment including sourcing quality candidates, screening, interviewing, facilitating hiring processes, negotiating offers, and supporting new hires.

We are looking for someone with proven permanent recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and the drive to find the right talent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
