We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, and assisting management and staff with administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. *Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements. *Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. *Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. *Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical). *Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory. *Support HR, accounting, and management teams with administrative tasks and documentation. *Assist with on-boarding of new employees and maintaining personnel records. *Coordinate internal communications and assist in organizing company events. *Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: *High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. *1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or related role. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace. *Experience with office management systems and procedures.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. *Attention to detail and accuracy. *Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. *Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. *Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
