Oncaspar: Medication for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia - Caracas

Adults and kids with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), a disorder in which white blood cells known as lymphoblasts are cancerous, are treated with oncaspar, a cancer medication approved by the FDA in 1994. 

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia with Hypersensitivity to Asparaginase. Oncaspar treats ALL patients who are allergic to native forms of L-asparaginase as part of a multiagent chemotherapy regimen. 

 It should be noted that a single injection site should only receive a maximum of 2 mL of Pegaspargase 3750 IU.
