## 1. NGO / Civil Society Strengthening
We support NGOs and civil society organisations in strengthening their institutional and programme capabilities. Our overall process consists of three key stages:

### Field Assessment
Our field assessment process involves site visits, stakeholder consultations, beneficiary interactions, interviews, observations, and data collection. This helps us develop a realistic understanding of programme implementation and its effects on the community.
### Impact Report
The findings are consolidated into a structured impact report highlighting key outcomes, evidence, gaps, sustainability considerations, and recommendations. The report is designed to provide organisations with practical insights for improving their CSR and development initiatives.
