COOPERATIVA SOCIALE ELSA ONLUS – E.T.S. is an Italian social cooperative based in Carezzano (AL), Italy, VAT/Tax ID 02745100061. We welcome enquiries from qualified nurses in India, Nepal, Morocco and Tunisia who are preparing a documentary file for Italy.
This is an optional PAID administrative documentation service. Support may include organising your file, declaration-of-value procedures where applicable, qualification-recognition documentation and initial registration with the Italian nursing professional register (OPI), within the scope agreed in your individual contract. Decisions remain with the competent authorities. No employment, visa, administrative processing deadline or qualification-recognition outcome is guaranteed.
TOTAL SERVICE PRICE: EUR 2,800. Initial payment: EUR 1,000 only after you read and accept your individual contract and confirm it by email OTP. Balance: EUR 1,800 in 12 monthly instalments of EUR 150, starting after BOTH arrival in Italy and the actual start of work; the first instalment is due 30 days after both conditions are met. Once started, the instalments continue if employment stops, subject to contractual and statutory rights and remedies.
Translations, legalisations, consular charges, official fees and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly agreed. The initial support period is 12 months from verified receipt of the initial payment. Authority processing times are not guaranteed; any extension must be agreed in writing.
Register with accurate details, read your personalised contract and confirm acceptance with an email OTP. Pay through your individual Stripe checkout or follow the Finom bank transfer instructions in the portal. Document uploads unlock after verified receipt of payment; bank transfers must actually arrive and be confirmed.
The portal and contract are currently in Italian. Please ask for clarification before accepting. Our office is in Italy; we are not declaring a local office in India or Nepal.

ELSA propose depuis l’Italie un accompagnement administratif facultatif pour votre dossier documentaire, la reconnaissance du diplôme et la première inscription à l’OPI, dans les limites du contrat. Prix total : 2 800 EUR, dont 1 000 EUR après acceptation du contrat avec confirmation par code email, puis 12 x 150 EUR après l’arrivée en Italie ET le début effectif du travail. Frais de tiers exclus sauf accord écrit. Aucun emploi, visa, délai administratif ou résultat de reconnaissance n’est garanti. Portail et contrat actuellement en italien.
