Welcome to Aerial Fun Club at Pancha Koshas, where kids can discover yoga in a fun and exciting way! Our Kids Aerial Yoga sessions combine yoga-inspired movements with an aerial hammock to create an engaging activity for young learners.
Children can participate in warm-ups, stretching, balance activities, simple aerial poses, playful movements, breathing exercises and relaxation. The hammock provides a different way for children to explore movement while learning body awareness and coordination.
Aerial yoga can make physical activity more enjoyable and encourage children to try new movements. As they learn different age-appropriate activities, children can practice patience, balance, flexibility and controlled movement.
Our focus is on creating a positive environment where children can learn safely and enjoy the experience. Children can progress at their own pace with suitable instructor guidance.
