Donation offer of 695.000 Euro

Hello,
My name is LACHAUX NICOLE ODETTE; I am of German origin and I live in France. In short, I am giving my property to an honest person in need. I am suffering from a serious illness that will inevitably lead to my death – I have throat cancer – and I have a sum of 695,000 euros that I would like to give to a trustworthy and honest person so that they may put it to good use. I own a company that imports red oil in France, Finland, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland, and I lost my wife six years ago, which affected me deeply; to this day, I have not been able to remarry as we had no children. I would like to donate this sum before I die, as my days are numbered; I am suffering from an illness for which there is no cure in Belgium other than a sedative.
I would therefore like to know if you would be eligible to receive this donation?
