Job Title: HR Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and schedule interviews.
Conduct telephonic or initial HR interviews to assess candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Ensure timely hiring to meet organizational requirements.
Assist in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source candidates through various recruitment channels.
Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment tools/portals.
Time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Experience: 4 to 6 years
Qualification: MBA HR
Salary: Above 35k per month
