You will be in charge of making sure that everything runs well, that workers are productive, and that safety and quality requirements are followed.
What you will do: Supervise and guide a team of employees during your shift. Monitor production processes and ensure targets are met. Address any operational issues that arise during the shift. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we need: Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
