Ingredients:

for the dough nuts
240 grams flour
a pinch of salt
15 grams fresh yeast
10 milliliter warmed milk1 tablespoon 1 1tblsp tepid water
45 grams caster sugar
45 grams softened butter
1 egg,beaten
oil for deep frying

for the chocolate frosting
makes:500gm frosting
100gm bitter chocolate
40gm butter,cut into cubes
300 grams icing sugar,sift
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 tablespoon milk

Preparation:

To prepare the dough nuts:

sift the flour and salt together.Dissolve the yeast in the milk and water.Put 150gm flour and a tablespoon of caster sugar in a bowl and add the dissolved yeast to it.Mix to a smooth paste and leave to rise for 20 minutes.When the batter has risen,start incooperating small pieces of butter by hand till all the butter has been used up.
