·         Providing information thru calling and mailing the details telling the updated plans to the customers on online entering the same in the crm with the open call log and the issue should be solved and call log should be closed within 48 hrs.

·         Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relying messages.

·         Prepare correspondence to the mail.

·         Dealing with in incoming email and responding to the clients.abt the products.

·         Studying the day to day changes ,new arrivals of the sop. Checking MIS.
